Just click the link and hold down on the picture until it sais "Save Picture", then just go to background settings and select the picture.

iOS4 Exchange Issue

If you have the new iOS4 software (on any iDevice) there is a known issue with Exchange not syncing or syncing very slowly, and slows down the Exchange server itself.
So if you use your iPhone with Exchage you should download this patch below.
This issue was fixed with iOS 4.0.1 -
